Chase Mouldings Ltd 

Chase Mouldings ltd is a polyurethane manufacturing company based in the Staffordshire area and was established in 1998. The founding directors are Colin Armstrong and David Cockayne.

The company was established to produce polyurethane products for the mobility, medical, leisure, automotive and brewery industries. Chase Mouldings Ltd has grown to become a well established company undertaking work to many first tier suppliers throughout the world, predominantly in the United Kingdom and Europe.

We have established our company by being a full turn key company who is cost effective and produces products to a high standard. We work with our customers and supply chain to achieve the best outcomes. Chase Mouldings Ltd will help our customers through the concept design stage to achieve a functional design that meets requirements, we will also contribute and manage our supply chain to create the most optimal tool design and manage the manufacture of this. Once the polyurethane tool has been shipped to Chase Mouldings Ltd we will manufacture your product to a high standard making sure it is quality checked and packaged correctly for delivery.

Our range and scope vary from one off to high volume production. With the ability to be totally flexible on colours, density and volumes. Chase Mouldings Ltd also have the capability to design, develop and manufacture inserts in a range of different materials to be combined with the polyurethane manufacture. This could be through assembling an insert to our polyurethane product or through over mouldings.

The company is accredited to BSI standard, BSENISO 9001:2015 and we are an A rated supplier to automotive, medical and leisure industry throughout Europe.
